About The Drug:	This is an investigational drug designed to reduce food intake and body weight in overweight and obese populations.
Length of Stay:	One six hour visit on Day -7, followed one week later by a stay in the clinic of 5 days and 4 nights, followed by six 5-hour outpatient visits during the next 17-day period, followed by a 4-day and 3 night stay in the clinic, and then one final visit
Dates:	Cohort #3:  May 2010 Cohort #4:  July 2010
Requirements:	Age 18 to 54 with a  BMI  28.0 to 39.9 NON-SMOKING Healthy Overweight Male or Female FEMALES must be post-menopausal or surgically sterile [unable to bear children] NOT taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications No history of Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or HIV
